This lovely 23 acre RV park has 36 sites, a cabin and 3 park model cabins and includes 8 non serviced tenting sites. The cabins operate year-round renting seasonally from Sept to April to college students from local Selkirk college and during the summer tourist season they rent to vacationers on a nightly or weekly basis. The property has 3 washrooms housing coin-operated showers and toilets, sinks and urinal. Also it has 2 laundry rooms each with coin-operated wash machines and dryers. Water is supplied from a deep artesian well and the system was recently enhanced with a commercial water softening system. Septic systems in both the north (RV) park and the south (Cabins & tenting) park handle waste water from all sources. Additionally, 3 outbuildings house food garbage, re-cycle garbage and the hot water systems and satellite TV controls. A 4th outbuilding in the south park doubles as a picnic shelter in summer and winter storage for lawn tractors and picnic tables. The unused acreage on the mountain is for recreational use such as hiking, photography and wildlife viewing. The RV sites feature 30 amp power, potable water, sani-dumps on site and TV channels from satellite source either direct or via rented or user-supplied receivers. The park has a strong cell signal from both TELUS and Rogers which include an optional 3G signal to Internet. The park maintains a secure wireless signal that reaches all the RV sites and cabins and most of the tenting sites. The grounds are maintained in beautiful condition both by the owners and contract landscapers.
